What do you reccomend for a bicycle tail & handlebar light?

Can’t seem to find a bike light that has durable body, bright, & durable mounting support.

problem is, for front lights, if it;s bright enough to see to ride, it;s expensive

back lights are easy though
they don;t have to be as bright
